Vitamin D3 – an important source of vitamin
However, vitamin D synthesis and UV rays depend on many factors (eg, season, location, weather, age, skin type). Vitamin D usually comes from food as vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), but it can also be obtained from dietary supplements. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and muscles, and also helps to maintain normal bones, teeth and promotes the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal immediately.
