Returning goods
If you have purchased a low-quality product from MansProteins.com , you can return it within 14 days from the moment of receipt, based on the regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" (May 20, 2014).
If the product does not meet the quality standards and you have not been informed about its defects in advance, you have the right to request:
- Product exchange for a quality equivalent;
- Price reduction in proportion to product defects;
- Full refund of money paid.
Return process:
- Curse and fill out the return form. You can download the form here!
- Send the completed form together with a photo of the product damage in full. to info@mansproteins.com, stating that you want to return the product.
- We will review your request and contact you further.
- Please note that the return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the item at our warehouse and the amount will be transferred to the bank account indicated on the return form.
