Casein complexes based on micellar casein
100% Casein Complex is a micellar casein milk protein blend made exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is rich in branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and very high (more than whey) in L-glutamine, which is the highest and most abundant free amino acid in the human body. 100% Casein Complex protein helps maintain and grow muscle and maintain bone*. These milk protein products are so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the essential amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and must obtain from food (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine).
Additional L-glutamine and taurine, as well as the digestive enzymes papain and bromelain, are included in the recipe! Calcium, contained in the 100% casein complex, contributes to normal muscle function, energy metabolism and neurotransmission. It is also necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth*.

Recommended consumption
Dissolve 1 serving in 350 ml of water. Take one serving daily. Take it preferably after training or at night before going to bed.
