Hydrolyzed whey protein is one of the most popular protein sources among athletes. Whey protein concentrates and isolates have different levels of processing. Recommended dose
Mix one serving (23g, 2/3 scoop) of 100% Hydro Isolate powder in 250ml of cold water. Use after training on training days, anytime on rest days.
