During the muscle building phase, carbohydrates are the most important nutrient - even before protein. Sure, you could also cover your extra carb needs for muscle building with “empty” calories in the form of vegan gummy bears and sugary sweets, but that has nothing to do with a healthy, fitness-focused diet. But many of the more “building” products are essentially nothing else: simple sugars like dextrose or artificial multi-sugars like maltodextrin, and therefore simply “empty” calories.

Our goal was to use only complex and complete carbohydrate sources for our new gainer. And that's why VEGAIN PRO is based on a blend of whole oat flour, cornstarch, buckwheat flour and rice flour. These complex carbohydrates are digested slowly and provide the body with long-lasting energy. And unlike the "empty" calories of sugar, flour also contains valuable vitamins and minerals. For example, oat flour is naturally rich in potassium and magnesium and contains trace elements such as iron, zinc, copper and manganese. You could also say that flour is a real food, because VEGAIN PRO is also rich in fiber, which in turn has a beneficial effect on your digestive tract.

However, we recommend mixing VEGAIN PRO with a plant-based milk of your choice. It not only tastes a little better, but also provides extra calories. And that way you get a whopping 700 kcal in one shake. VEGAIN PRO is now available in two incredibly delicious flavors: Chocolate Hazelnut and Cinnamon Oatmeal.

PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATIONS
Add 135g of powder (6 scoops) and 500ml of cold water or plant milk (e.g. oat milk) to a blender and shake well for about 15 seconds. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily. It is recommended to consume it immediately after training and/or in the morning, depending on your calorie needs.
