BioTech USA Vegan Protein – delicious pea and rice protein, enriched with quinoa, acai and goji extracts
BioTech USA Vegan Protein is a delicious pea-rice protein enriched with amino acids (L-glutamine and L-arginine) and plant extracts (quinoa, acai, goji). It is suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, as well as people with lactose or dairy intolerance. The high content of plant-based protein promotes muscle growth, helps maintain muscle mass and improves recovery after training. Vegan Protein is a combination of two plant-based protein sources that complement each other perfectly. The result is a complete protein with an excellent amino acid profile. Vegan Protein contains rice protein, which is low in the amino acid lysine, but high in sulfur-containing amino acids, such as cysteine and methionine. Pea protein, on the other hand, contains fewer sulfur-containing amino acids, but is rich in L-lysine.
Benefits:
- Vegan protein complex (rice and pea) with added functional amino acids
- Sugar and lactose free
- Gluten-free
- Without preservatives
- Without artificial colors
- GMO-free
- Aspartame-free
- With 3 types of superfoods
Can you be a vegan athlete? It's possible!
Do you want to maintain an athletic body while following a vegan diet? It requires some attention, but it is possible. Many people fear that without animal products they will not be able to do bodybuilding, because all the hard work will be lost. However, there are many famous and successful athletes who prove the opposite. You can be vegan and still be muscular, even if you went from a true carnivore to a herbivore in one day. The main thing is to use quality protein supplements.
Base – rice and peas
Unlike animal products, plant-based foods are not complete sources of protein, meaning they do not contain all the essential amino acids your body needs. However, by combining different plant protein sources, you can get a complete protein complex. In Vegan Protein, we achieved this by combining two protein sources that complement each other perfectly – rice protein, which is low in lysine but rich in sulfur-containing amino acids (such as cysteine and methionine), and pea protein, which is low in sulfur-containing amino acids but high in lysine. In addition to this excellent base, other additions have been added.
+ 3 types of superfoods:
- Quinoa flour → The ancient Incas considered this popular ingredient in Reform cuisine to be the mother of all grains, even though it is only a "pseudo-cereal". It has a lower carbohydrate content than regular grains, but its protein content is higher (16%). It is also an excellent source of minerals, as it contains potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron.
- Acai berry powder → Acai berries, which grow in the Amazon rainforest, are distinguished by their excellent ORAC value (International Standard for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity).
- Goji Berry Powder → Goji berries (also known as wolfberries) have been used as an aphrodisiac in China for thousands of years. This bright red, tart fruit, which tastes like a cross between a cherry and a blackberry, contains 8 essential amino acids and is high in vitamin C.
Vegan Protein is suitable if:
- Whether you are vegetarian or vegan, Vegan Protein will be a great addition to your protein intake, especially if you are involved in sports – its plant-based protein content promotes muscle growth and maintenance.
- Looking for a plant-based alternative to dairy proteins.
- Be lactose sensitive.
- You have celiac disease.
- You like reform cuisine – it can be used as a great thickener for soups or vegetable stews.
Directions for use: Mix 1 serving (25 g = 3 level tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water. Consume immediately after training. On rest days, consume a cocktail in the afternoon. Use a shaker.
