Ingredients:
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc (zinc picolinate), L-selenomethionine (selenium), starch, D-biotin, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
May contain milk (including lactose), soy, nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans.
Instructions for use
Adults should take 1 serving (1/2 tablet) daily before a meal.
